Our wrap doors are produced using state of the art machinery and high quality imported materials and adhesives that set them apart. High density fibre boards that we source and bring in specifically for the wrap doors form the base that is backed with a coloured melamine for stability.
The material was created for deep routering and precision CNC designs, which is then merged to 300 plus micron foils in a wide almost unlimited range of colours, wood and stone textures.
The HDF doors are sealed in the pre heat stage, that moves into a high pressure vacuum process, and finished off with a forming pressure using a silicone membrane, combined the with the special glue ensures a great quality durable end product.
